Hello, I’m Teresa.
I qualified as a holistic therapist in 2006 and have spent 15 years training and working within luxury spas across Asia, North & South America and Europe. Throughout my career, I have helped open and mentor spas internationally, developed bespoke treatments and run a VTCT training school here in Poole, Dorset.
Sakura Holistic Therapies is where all of that experience comes together
Every experience is thoughtfully designed around you; your body, how you feel, your skin, your lifestyle. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. Each session is adapted on the day to ensure you receive exactly what you need.
From my cosy cabin in Poole, I offer a calm, nurturing space where you can fully switch off and prioritise your wellbeing.
