Sakura Holistic Therapies was created with one goal — to raise the standard of holistic treatments and therapist training in the local area.

With years of experience working alongside therapists and spa trainers, I have developed bespoke routines that blend traditional techniques such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology and Stone Therapy with modern wellbeing principles.

Every treatment is thoughtfully designed around the individual. I believe wellbeing should be part of your regular health maintenance — not just an occasional luxury.

The cabin space has been carefully created to feel warm, calm and restorative — a world away from clinical environments or temporary home setups.

Hello, I’m Teresa.

I qualified as a holistic therapist in 2006 and have spent 15 years training and working within luxury spas across Asia, North & South America and Europe. Throughout my career, I have helped open and mentor spas internationally, developed bespoke treatments and run a VTCT training school here in Poole, Dorset.

Sakura Holistic Therapies is where all of that experience comes together.

Every experience is thoughtfully designed around you; your body, how you feel, your skin, your lifestyle. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. Each session is adapted on the day to ensure you receive exactly what you need.
